Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
I was told that a one time clean would probably take 1-1/2 hrs. I mentioned I would figure the cost at 2 hours to be safe. It took the ladies over 4 hours. They did a good job but was misled about est time which was way off!

They arrived 2 hours later than the two hour window....four hours later than the earliest time told......that is not good. The work was good, the Molly Maids did a fine job.....just say when you will arrive.....waiting so long is a waste of time.....

The ladies were 15 minutes late but stayed an extra 25 minutes to finish. The quality of work was great but 2 people should have been able to do a bit more in the time allotted. I still wish to compare pricing and quality of work with other companies before I hire someone permanent but I would recommend these people. I asked about windows and was told inside only. My bed was made without me asking and the ladies were polite but I felt as though the would have preferred I was not home while they worked.

well organized. Only trouble I had was in communicating with one of the workers not understanding English. The one over her I could communicate very well with her. I think they are a good group to associate with. Highly recommend.
