Overall good quality, with a few exceptions. However, when asked, no hesitation in correcting oversights. Willingness to listen carefully and execute cleaning as desired. Still trying to determine best frequency schedule. Overall pleased with service.

I had a horrible experience with Molly Maid. They had to come back to reclean every time except once. The last time they were here, they left a black mess in the bottom of my tub and cereal on the kitchen counter. Won't clean right the first and won't have them back. I only gave them one star because the computer would not let me go on without putting something in. Their rating to me is a minus 0.

Arrive on time as planned and work diligently while here. Concious of the fact that there are two working adults in the home while they are here and sensitive to the fact we may be on calls and arrange their tasks as needed.
