Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
They did a nice job of surface cleaning, but not a thorough job. Stainless steel and marble had water marks and did not shine, floors were very lightly cleaned so there were still spots on them and the garbage can was not moved to clean behind it, corners and behind doors were still dirty, soap dish not clean in shower.

Had them clean twice, after the first time I called and complained about some missed areas, top of the refigerator some selves not dusted and the bathroom was not done well. They saud they would make sure nextt ie would be better. it wasn't, I waited a few days thinking they would call to see if things were better no one did. when i called to cancel the job no one even asked why or what was the problem. I asked for my key back that took two phone calls to them as well.

Tom was very good in reviewing our needs and wants from a service as well as understanding our previous experiences that placed us in search of a new service. The others were much less customer oriented in the process and did not present well. They cleaned for the first time yesterday and it seems better than the previous, with some missed items. It should improve with familiarity I hope. Much better so far than the previous.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
the 2 women assigned to clean my apartment were very friendly and efficient and the job they did was excellent. I had a small mix up with the date and time of the service.
