Responded fast to my inquiry, beat everybody else by not waiting until Monday at 9:00am to call me. Were able to fit me in soon (important to me as I was arranging this long-distance and coordinating it with other home issues), prices were comparable to all others, they don't use smelly "perfumed" cleaning products, all this is good. I wish they hadn't overlooked some things we had specifically discussed, so they had to come back, but I am hard to please. Price included whole house cleaning, all windows inside & out, storms and screens, carpet shampooing.
