Two cleaners were at the house for about 2 hours. Overall, they did a resonable job and paid more attention to details than some of the others I've tried. More attention to floors is needed, both the kitchen and master bath floors were still dirty. The owner had also told me that he would be on-site for the first cleaning but he did not come. Overall, a better experience as compared with oher cleaning services but still room for improvement.

We will not be recommending this service to family or friends.  We did not have a good experience with this agency.  Although they provided service to our new home on very short notice, there was very little evidence that the cleaning service did much of anything.  Our home still had cob webs over the walls, in the floor corners, between curtains and over low ceilings, we <br />still had dusty hard wood floors, and almost non-detectable disinfect smell.  We <br />were also charged for 3 hours, but the service was at my home for only 2 hours.   <br />We called Molly Maid and they have been non-responsive.  We are very <br />disappointed.
