I hired them to help with move-in cleaning; there was no furniture in the house yet; I was looking for a deep cleaning of kitchen and 2 1/2 baths; I noticed baseboards were not cleaned, vents not wiped down; things that should have been easy to do. I also expected to have the owner on-site either at the beginning of the cleaning, or afterward - but this did not happen. Unfortunately we had a problem where I mistakenly wrote the check from the wrong account; but I straightened that out within a matter of days; the owner never once asked if I was satisfied with the work.
