The customer service was incredible. This is a great company with great values. You can tell that Brandt really cared. He sat down spent time and explained. He gave us other options as well. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted them for a bid for the mold remediation, however; the client did not authorize the service. I was very happy with Moldeaters promptness, professionalism and follow up after the estimate. I will contact them again if I need mold remediation services

I was quite pleased with the results with two qualifiers. The cleanup was not complete: left marks on front door and on deck next to hose. I did not notice these until the work was done and did not bother to tell them since the cleanup for me was minimal. Second,I still have not received the final lab report, despite having called and being told it would be emailed. I think they are very busy and still recommend them, just be careful to watch things. I was busy much of the time, so did not watch as closely as I should have.
