Mold Solutions Upstate/Atlanta has been serving the community since 2006. Specializing in testing(to include indoor air quality) and removal of mold and toxic materials,with warranty. Utilizes truly clean, environmentally friendly, renewable materials such as BacShield, an EPA registered antimicrobial made from crab and shrimp shells. Mold Solutions covers the areas of Western Carolina, Upstate of South Carolina and Northern Georgia south of Atlanta. It has satellite offices in Dawsonville and Acworth, GA with Headquarters in Greenville, SC. Mold Solutions has NORMI trained and certified mold inspectors, remediators, indoor air quality specialists, and biocide applicators on staff and also are certified EPA lead RRP specialists. Mold Solutions has successfully completed well over 1000 mold assessments and remediations and provides warranty coverage for its work.

Customer service was very good, but we had a few problems with the actual work. They cut our house phone line accidentally. Since it was on Saturday, we had no phone service for several days until phone co. could repair it. Mold Solutions did cover the repair cost. They also missed a small area, so we removed it ourselves. In hindsight, we probably should have just done the job (drywall/baseboard/carpet removal) ourselves and used a store-bought treatment (which they recommended for the spot they missed) since our affected area was small (10ft. x 5ft.)--would have saved ourselves a lot of $. This service is meant for large scale mold problem.

Unfortunately, accidents happen, as the phone line was actually buried under moldy construction adhesive that had to be removed according to protocols.During removal line broke. It appeared as speaker line not phone line. Mold Solutions paid replacement cost. While the job was small the amount of infected area called for remediation by professional per industry standards 10-20ft. Area missed was in very confined space not easily visible but would have been found and promptly fixed if customer chose clearance option

Bruce made two trips to my house on a Saturday to complete the mold test. Jerry was also very helpful and gave me a lot of good information. This was my first experience with this type of issue and I was very pleased!

Mold Solutions' staff came out on a Saturday and were punctual and extremely friendly and efficient. The process limited the time away from the home to a minimum. The difference was amazing and the allergy problems of the tenants stopped immediately. Mold Solutions' pricing was the best and would I recommend them to a friend or family member - a resounding YES!

We have had Mold Solutions come to a house we were looking to buy before and so we decided to call them again. They offered the same great service as before and I definitely recommend anyone with a mold problem go to these guys. The will give it to you straight and will make sure you and yours are taken care of.
