We had a malfunction with our garbage disposal that caused a problem under the house. This resulted in a cleanup as well as a mold situation. Derek called me on a Saturday after I fIilled out the questionnaire online and Brent was here on Tuesday to inspect and work up an estimate. He even found a water leak we were unaware of. They worked with our insurance adjustor to insure everyone was on the same page. The crew (Thomas & Jerome) were friendly, professional & efficient. The price was well below another quote we had received. Great job, guys!

Communication: Responsive and excellent. Quality of protocol second in thoroughness to Fresh Air. Timeliness and Professionalism: Arrived on time and worked promptly to complete the job. Job Quality: I have an accessible crawl space (CS) and sampled the quality of work. I encountered several joists that had not been scoured for mold in this survey. As a result I spent approximately 1.5hours on Father’s day evaluating and marking areas in the CS. I notifed co. and they scheduled time to rework the areas. 3o minutes in CS revealed a complete job after second visit. Must have access to CS to check quality of work, not turnkey.
