I want to thank you for your service. My neighbor's shower leaked into my condo and I suspected mold. I googled mold testing and a really great contractor affiliated with you, Jon Given, responded within half an hour. He did his part, the remediator did his part, my neighbor's insurance policy paid, and Service Magic was very helpful to me. I am very grateful for the vast professionalism of your organization, and especially Mr. Given.

Jon arrived on time and was very professional in explaining what he was going to do. He was very knowledgeable about his profession. We are awaiting the results of our air quality and I did feel confident in his ability. He was very neat in appearance and conducted himself in a very friendly manner.

Extremely thorough and informative. Great guy who was prompt and knew exactly what he was doing. Went above and beyond for us, even having the lab fax the results to our Realtor even before he got us the formal written report. Will use him again to make sure remediation was successful.
