I found him to be polite on the phone when making the apointment to do the inspection. Gave mie instructions on what tto do to my aceedbefore he was to do the testin. Came out to my place on a holiday to do the testing for me. I was told what he ouuld be doing to test for the mold, and when I should hear back on the out come of the testing.
