Indoor air sample was taken near the attic opening, rather than in the attic. I would have preferred that the tester stand at the top of the stepladder with the test cannister in the attic's air.

Extremely rude. Wanted to charge a higher price then what was talked about. Made a huge scene infront of my family. Very Unprofessional! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

Only problem I have, is that I haven't heard any results yet, and it has been a week 1/2 since the samples were picked up - hope to hear soon.
