Brent did an extremely thorough job, inspecting every inch of my house, taking the time to go over all of the issues that he found in person, and writing up a detailed report with several recommendations for me of service professionals that his customers have used in the past.

Project: Test Indoor Air Quality
Once I received the report (which looked like Greek to me) and I reviewed the report with Brent, it gave me a strategy to improve the air quality in our home. Brent was very thorough to make sure that I understood the importance of the report findings and what initial steps to take to create positive change. He also indicated that this was a process that he wanted to stay involved in over time, not just "here it is, it is your problem". He seemed to genuinely care, which is very refreshing.

Brent Horton contacted me promptly to inquire about my requirements. He was most curtious. He took the time to talk to me about my concerns and gave me recommendations and suggestions. I felt he was truely interested in assisting me, and understood my concerns. I felt he wanted to make certain I was satisfied with his recommendations before he hung up.
