This firm was very professional, very helpful, very flexible, and punctual to work with. They were able to come on a weekend and to do the job in one day instead of the planned two days. I would recommend them to someone else whe needed to abate asbestos in a house. They worked in our basement and even removed some things from it that we had not yet cleaned up. They didn't charge for this. They even took some things to the dump for us. They didn't charge for this. We had to turn the furnace off and provide a hose bib for water. They cleaned up the tile and the mastic. They coordinated the Industrial Hygienist for us.

Project: Test or Evaluate Asbestos Risks
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They came and took a sample tile to test for asbestos and said the results would be ready in a few days - I paid for the test at this time. The time passed without any word. When I called, they said the sample was lost by USPS and it would be a few more days. The time again passed and I have now left several voice mails without any reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I'm now out the money and lots of wasted time.
