KELSEY ENGINEERING AND ELECTRIC CORP. strives to provide our customers with the highest quality of structural and electrical engineering, and electrical contracting sales and service. We perform engineering inspections; diagnose problems, and provide design fixes for all types of building related issues.
Our structural engineering group inspects residential, commercial and industrial buildings to determine if they are in good structural condition, and if not, then to provide designs and budget estimates for the repairs. After the on-site inspection, we document our findings in a SUMMARY LETTER to you. We typically provide two repair estimates, one, a quicker, less conservative design that is intended to resolve for the problem for a lower cost. The second estimate is for a more traditional, longer lasting design intended to resolve th problem for the long term. These estimates, after we have determined the problem(s), are free.
