Modern Rug has a long history in carpet and fabric cleaning. Our business has grown from a company that started out with tent cleaning and repair for the U.S. Army in 1935. Our company’s founders designed one of the first truck-mounted steam-cleaning machines, producing equipment for the modern rug cleaner. Area-rug cleaning started slowly and then grew to become the mainstay of the business. We have grown so much that we actually had to build a larger building on our property in Campbell. Richard, the technician who provided the service, was professional, efficient, and very well-informed. He worked quickly and did an A+ job. The owner, Bruce, is delightful to talk to and has a wonderful sense of humor. I recommend them to anyone in need of getting dirty carpets cleaned.
