Friendly, helpful, courteous,competent, prompt...what more could I I ask for! My central vacuum system was clogged. John first gave me suggestions by phone to see if I could fix it myself (I couldn't), then followed up with a call and a visit. Arrived right on time...on a Saturday! My vacuum was working within ten minutes. I'm very happy and very grateful.
