Modco was great, they showed up earlier than expected...and gave me a call before hand to make sure it was OK, and did an amazing job...what a difference. They even showed me the difference between the cleaned carpet, and dirty carpet, while cleaning...and I couldn't believe the difference, I never knew my carpets were sooo dirty. They got out stains and track marks that I've been unable to remove with other cleaning services. Much, much better results than I've had in the past with other carpet cleaning services. Highly recommended...!

I've used Modco twice, with great results both times. On the first job, they repaired damage to my carpet done by the original installer; the repairs were nearly invisible, and have held up well. On this most recent job, they stretched carpets in several rooms, and greatly improved the appearance of the rugs. The workers were on time, friendly, and polite, and clearly know what they are doing.
