Jerry and his partner were very professional and honest. As it turned out, the problem was not as severe as we initially thought, however, Jerry still explained (in a very thorough manner) what other issues could be present (that weren't necessarily electrical) and did some other tasks that were above and beyond what he was called to do. We will definitely use his team again.
