Project: Wood Fence - Repair

Decided to replace entire fence. Very responsive to the initial request and getting the job started. The 2 man crew that did the job did a good job removing the old fence. They began to "short-cut" the job after that. They tried to leave in an old fence post that was badly termite damaged. The fence is not square/plumb and the 1x8 slats are somewhat slanted in appearance. The double gate was terrible. It was out of square and rubbing at the top with a 1/4" gap at the bottom. Had to make them come out and rebuild the gate. They also had to replace the rotted fence post they tried to leave in and replace 1/3 of new fence

Their price was MUCH lower than all other bids - was a bit sceptical, but fence looks great. We had a few glitches on post locations, but they made the corrections. Very happy with finished product.

This company was very eager going over the project. Several follow-up calls were placed while we were gathering other bids for our fence. They adjusted their bid to be more competitive. A timeline was agreed to and initial payment was made. Following week, material showed up and the next day work began. Completion day passed and a new date, 2 days later was agreed to. Same day an additional draw was requested and denied. 4 days passed with no work completed. Called company and asked for committment to finish or would find another company. Contract completed 7 days after original date. We are very pleased with our vinyl and chainlink fencing

Some scheduling problems, and one morning the contractor returned unexpected, waking the tenant. Quality of the work was mediocre: wrong length of nails protruding out the rear; latch hardware is pulling off.
