They were prompt and clean but left a large gap between the wall and the wire that was exposed outside. It was raining so I didn't look until it stopped and found that very odd. I now have to have someone bury the rest of the wire.

Offered 3 options, which I think was good (allowed me to consider short term vs. long term and costs associated). Work was done quickly and well. Kinda irritating that they are cross-selling the A/C service though.
