Very thorough in their presentation. They communicated well about the arrival of the windows and patio doors. Offered some additional options that really gave the new windows pizzazz. Scheduling the install was a little painful but the installation was awesome. We left each other post it notes so everyone knew what was going on! They did the patio doors one day and all of the windows the next. Which is what they told me by post it note. I thought they were going to be working until midnight the second day. But they were done by 3:00 in the afternoon,. I love the way the new windows look and operate. A truly great experience.

Everything turned out great but what the salesman promised and when I got it installed were two different matters. As it turned out the delayed counter top turned to our advantage but it still leaves a bad feeling.
