Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
I used Millie's and they are very nice and know what they are doing. I got a great unit with a great warranty for a very good price. They offered a better system for less money than anyone I spoke with. My only complaint is the paper work wasn't complete at the end of the install and it was a bit of a chore getting a copy of the invoice. That is the only reason for the 3.5 on the Customer Service.

The technician Brad was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He came after hours to ensure my AC got repaired the same day. It was great.

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
I had a number of companies come to my residence to provide estimates. Millie's was the most reasonable and the presentation was the most sensible. The new A/C actually keeps the temperature inside the house where it was set (previously the unit could not keep up with outside temperatures). I am quite pleased.

We don't know how well the furnace and ac will work yet, but the service has been outstanding. They don't seem to be trying to sell you things you don't need. They are helpful and explain both the technical aspects and the financial aspects. They understand that we just want to get a new system that works without spending too much money. Best quote we received. Even helped figure out rebate issues.
