The pool is about 30 years old. Millennium pools was very knowledgeable about the type of pool I had. Very helpful for a first time pool owner. I am confident this will be a long relationship.

Project: Remodel a Swimming Pool
I hired Millennium Pools to find a leak in my pool. They came on shchedule, had state of the art equipment, detected the issues and stopped the leak. I had also asked for a quote to paint the pool, repair the skimmer and some other referbishing work in which they gave me a very vague and incomplete quote. The person I spoke with to discuss the quote wasn't qualified to speak intelligently with customers.

Thanks for the feedback. Some of out leak crews are very specialized leak crews that only focus on leaks. We have taken this feedback and are now spending more time in our biweekly training getting them some training on general pool service and repair that our regular crews get. I delt with Hank in getting a bid for the repair of our spa. He was awsome and I would highly recommend them. We have not had the repair as of yet but the service thus far has been outstanding!
