I had a serious sewage backup - Millenium responded on a Sunday within hours and worked through several hours to fix the problem - they were courteous, informative, fair, and honest! I would highly recommend this company!

Took more than one day to resolve the problem. First attempt to clear drain failed. Had to return next day to try an alternative solution; price was adjusted to compensate. Also installed new plumbing. Overall the work was acceptable. Price was fair.

I was surprised that they called back before I left the Service Magic website and it was Saturday. They said that they would charge $19 for the estimate if I didn't hire them, but I said come. The estimate was much higher than I expected, but when I said so he asked what I thought was reasonable and said he would call his boss to see if that was OK. Maybe it's me, but that seemed like buying a car. It was a simple faucet replacement and the price was then acceptable. The install was good, he cleaned up afterwards so I have no complaint about the work, only about having to negotiate the price.

We met with Shawn and a helper who gave us a reasonable estimate to replace a toilet and sink in one bath as well as a new set of shower fawcets, replace a vanity in a second bathroom, and replace 2 supply lines. During the course of their presence in the apartment, we asked that they also put a "splitter" on a water line in the kitchen so that a diswasher could be installed. Not ONE thing they did was done properly the first time, and even after several visits we were left with several hundred dollars of damage and additional work. Any time we voiced complaints to Shawn or his staff, we were met with bad attitudes and more bad work.
