Cesar, the owner, went out of his way to please us. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a deck that was to our specifications and liking. He was very patient and willing to work with us. We are very pleased with our new deck.

We feel that Millennium Construction went above our expectations, and they were wonderful to have doing one of our many projects. Now have a great company to work with, on all the other projects we have been wanting to do. They were on time every morning, very professional. The knowledge of what we wanted to do and ways we could go about doing it, were explained well, with care and knowledge. They went out of their way to make sure that what was going to be done, was explained once again, on the first day of work. They did an amazing job! The cost was well within our budget, and they asked before adding extra work to the job/cost. Thank you!

this contractor came to my home at the time we had established and very carefully explaained all the elements of the job before giving me aprice in a very timely manner very satisfied would probably call him if we decicde to do the job. Bob Scott

I found Cesar to be very personable and organized. The estimate for the job was clearly defined by individual task. Cesar demonstrated good communication throughout the project and always expressed a willingness to address our needs. The project was completed to our satisfaction and in a timely manner.

Cesar was great to work with! He was knowledgable, courtious, timely, stuck to my budget and his quote (no surprise fees), and always followed through with what he stated he would do. The quality of work exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier; I would reccomend, and already have, Millennium Construction to anyone looking to have a small or large job completed.

Totally incompetant. Horrible workmanship. Sloppy work with no attention to detail. Left my family in a dangerous environment. Work still incomplete.
