She was very professional and pleasant. I asked her to clean my office first so I can go up and work and she did very efficiently. When the job was done she had me go over the work to make sure it was to my satisfaction. She used vinegar and water on the wood floors and ceramic tile which I liked very much. The entire cleaning job was first rate. Very meticulously done. I  was very happy they came on time and spent the next 2 1/2 to 3 hours cleaning vigorously. My house looked and smelled amazing. After negotiating a price over the phone which i thought was very high, her cleaning crew arrived at my home the day we scheduled on time. I let them in and went to work. i came home from work expecting to come home to clean home but not the case. I call her and go over with her the things which were not cleaned; toilet and bathroom floor in my powder room, none of windowsills and they did no windows. When asked about the windows she said they were not included. I didnt know this. They rushed through the cleaning of my home and i well overpaid for a terrible job. DO NOT USE!!!!
