Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
Mike was prompt and professional. When one of the floors didn't dry as quickly as expected he even came over Saturday morning to finish the job. The refinished hardwood floors came out great. Mike even gave me advice on another project I'm working on even though it wasn't the job he was hired for.

Great job. Quickly returned calls and work on my schedual. Worked one very long day to finish our 400+S.F. of harwood in a single push. Looks great, came in on budget despite a minor extra. Couldn't be happier and intend on having them back to install some slate when the time comes.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
Had Mike insatall about 800 ft2 of 3/4" red oak floor over concrete slab. Installation included adding pressure treated strips and plywood to provide nailing surface. Also, Mike installed ceramic tile floor in a 80 ft2 foyer and ceramic tile floor and walls in a full bath. Mike and his partner were very professional. Great people to deal with from quoting, to negotiations, to installation, to working with changes, to keeping to schedule, to keeping the site clean, to follow up...pleasant experience with no problems. Mike had good ideas for installation of hardwoods and tile over concrete slab. Job was done right at a good price and on time.

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
We finally have met an honest, reliable contractor! In spite of encountering unexpected problems, Mike put in the extra time and effort to resolve them and did not raise his price. He used a floor refinishing system that left almost no dust. (He says that he does even have to wear a mask when sanding.) The floors in our 50 plus year old house came out looking fine and his price was the most reasonable one we found. I would recommend Mike Diorio Flooring to anyone who has a flooring need in northern Massachusetts or New Hampshire.

Project: Install Wood or Stone Laminate Flooring
Mike was clear and businesslike in his communications. He kept in touch by phone during the project which was to restore kitchen and bath floors to their original wide maple.. The work was done as promised and the clean up from floor sanding was great.. When the bathroom floor proved too damaged to restore he installed new subflooring and lino.. cost was over original quote but this was because of unexpected repair work which became evident after removing old lino. Mike came back at my request to add another coat of polyeutrthane to new thresholds he had insatlled.. Good experience start to finish I would have him again.. .

Mike not only promptly returned my call for service but also was on time for all appointments, I have found these two qualitys to be a rarity in this day and age. He got his estimate out to me in a timely manner and it was fair pricing. Now for the best part, my floors look GREAT. I also had an area that needed to be replaced due to root and Mike assured me it would blend in when he was done, and he is correct. No one can tell. I would not only hire this company again, I have already recommened him to three others. Thanks Mike and Smitty for a great Job.

Mike and Smitty were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. They did the job quickly and very well. I'm very happy with my bamboo floors. I'm going to have them back to do some tiling for me.

Fantastic! Nothing but professional work from these guys. They came to give the estimate when they said they would., they showed up to do the work at the agreed upon time, and they finished on time. They were great to work with, did an excellent job cleaning up, and really took a lot of care with the work.

They did an absolutely wonderful job on floors and stairs. I am looking forward to having other rooms done in the future. I would definitely recommend them to ANYONE looking for top quality flooring. Absolutely no regrets here. Hire with confidence - no doubt.
