He kept in touch by phone during the project which was to restore kitchen and bath floors to their original  wide maple.. The work was done as promised and the clean up from floor sanding was great.. When the bathroom floor proved too damaged to restore he installed new subflooring and lino.. cost was over original quote but this was because of unexpected repair work which became evident after removing old lino. <br />Mike came back at my request to add  another coat of polyeutrthane  to new thresholds he had insatlled..
