Project: Remodel a Swimming Pool
Mike is a great contractor and has a great crew. Everything was completed on or ahead of schedule. He did everything he said he would do for the quoted price and when additional work was needed during the project his fee was very reasonable. He did a great job and the clean up after was spotless.

Workers were professional. Beautiful job. Completed as promised (the work was completed in just four days). Everything was cleaned up and left as it was before work started -very pleased. Thank you!!!

I was very pleased, he did everything on time and the way he said...Cleaned up; very thorough, pays attention to what's happening and makes sure the consumer knows what's going on. Excellent job.

Project: Install a Retaining Wall
Job was done very well, and a timely manner. Work crew performed needed task smoothly and in a well organized manner. Cleanup and excess material were removed quickly, and cleanup done thoroughly and well. Price to complete job increased by $800.00 above quoted rate for work after job started because "unforeseen" amount of extra dirt had to be removed.

Mike Ryan's price was reasonable and he was very knowledgeable. He was timely and did everything it took to get our job done right. When we had problems with the slope in our yard he gave us comparable options that I think look much better than the idea my husband and I originally had. Mike Ryan is truly top shelf
