Very satisfied with Mike and Bill. Their workmanship is wonderful. They were here every morning exactly on time. I am going to miss them not being here. They finished in the time line that Mike gave me. Another Happy Customer.

Project: Remodel a Basement
Mike was extremely helpful all through the process. Great value for the investment. He and his guys were great to work with all through the project. Our particular basement finish project was over 3 months, simply due to the size. Mike and his crew literally became part of the family during this time (our young children especially enjoyed seeing them).

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Mike and his crew have been doing an excellent job on all my rental properties. They have completed the jobs in a timely manner. They are very organized, dependable and reliable. Mike and his team get the project done. Mike give you idea on how to remodel a project at a efficient cost. I highly recommend them. I will continue to use them on all future projects I endeavor.

The working quality of the project was very good. They finished the project as per the schedule and the final project turned out great. I definitely recommend Mike Fennell for anyone planning to build a deck.

We could not be happier! Our basement is fantastic!!!! Mike was on-time, conscientious, creative and skilled! They became like part of the family. Mike made suggestions and was constantly thinking of ways to improve the basement plan. We would recommended his crew and their work to anyone. He is certainly one of a kind!

Project: Remodel a Basement
Mike and his crew were very professional. The project start date had to be changed once due to a complication with the job before ours, but on the day they were to begin, they arrived and made a lot of progress. The room was done in a week from start to finish. I was not only pleased with their workmanship, but the care they took not to leave any traces of the construction in the rest of the house. When they left, both the work area and my room were spotless. I particularly liked the fact that Mike works right there with his crew. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike to any of my family or friends.
