Project: Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests
I had assumed, you would not be able to see the repair done. I felt you should not be able to see where the new panel had been inserted, and the uneven surface of the nails ( there is a definite line showing the new material and the bumps where the nails are.

My only complaint is that I had to clean up a fair amount of plaster residue on the blinds, baseboard trim and floor.

Project: Repair Plaster
Mike was very professional and on time. The quality of work was very good and we had a minor issue with one of the things they worked on for us but Mike made 3 separate trips to come back and work on it to make sure we were happy with it and when all was said and done, we liked the way everything turned out. I would definitely recommend.

Project: Repair Carpentry Framing
I hired Dalton Brothers to fix a broken rafter in the attic. We agreed upon the work to be done and the cost of the project. While working on the project, Mike found other issues with the rafter not originally identified. Without asking him to do it, Mike fixed the other problem spots and did not charge me a cent more. Mike also said he would rather fix everything right the first time and do more that the minimum to make sure it was done correctly than come back to correct the fix. It put me at ease knowing that he was treating my house like it was his own. I will hire them again if there is other work to be done.
