Performed all work as scheduled, on time and cleaned up after themselves

Two men came to my home. They understood my problems, were not condescending because I did not know their job, and were very polite. They gave me an estimate, and when I told them the amount of my other estimate, they beat it. I have had other contractors who really ruined my home, so I am not easily convinced. They arrived on time. Had a big job to do in my front yard and did exactly as I asked. I do not know, and will never figure out, how this large man, Octavio, managed to squeeze under my very small crawl space. He took care of that problem. They cleaned up, as though they were never here. Job out front is wonderful.

the person they sent was little slow we added one more task to his water heater replacement job and he went to home depot twice to get right stuff after that i myself went to get next thing he wanted as that was saving me money and time.

Charged extra for an 'inspection contract', which was scheduled for a 2nd visit (and was not told of 10% discount available to 1st time call-in customers). After taking a half day of vacation to meet the rep between 1:00 and 2:00, I finally called Mike Council Plumbing at 4:00 to find out that the rep's previous appointment had run late, and he could "maybe make it by 5:30". I will not give them any future business, as they have no regard for the value of my time.

Hi, Sorry you had this experience. Normally everything is explained and discounts given. If you would have called the office we would have done whatever was necessary to make sure you were happy with our work and customer service. Our customers are very important to us and we do care about how you feel about our service. If you would give Angelo a call, I will be happy to do what I can to make this situation right. Repair of leaky Grohe bathroom sink faucet-- I received a very quick response from Counsil (one of the other contractors responded to me five (!!!) days later and the third contractor never responded) and arranged a quick evaluation appointment. I was not at home when the representative arrived and he left quotes for three alternate solutions to my problem. When I returned home, I called Counsil and arranged for his man to return. Plumber arrived, removed the faulty valve, went to his supplier to get replacement parts and returned to complete the job. All this in the same day! I was delighted.
