I was not at home when the representative arrived and he left quotes for three alternate solutions to my problem. When I returned home, I called Counsil and arranged for his man to return. Plumber arrived, removed the faulty valve, went to his supplier to get replacement parts and returned to complete the job. All this in the same day! I was delighted.
