Roger is a nice guy, but I had to ask him to address issues of poor quality control e.g. obvious damage to new paint job, really poor tile cuts, among other smaller but annoying things. The shower didn't work when 1st bathroom was completed but he couldn't come back for a week. The 2 bathrooms took longer than estimated. Biggest issue is his high rates. He quoted $175 to install 3 light fixtures, union electrician charged $50; he quoted $175 to hang high ceiling fan-electrician charged $100; quoted 25% more than pro painters. When I realized how much he overcharged, I felt very taken advantage of.

Unfortunately Diane M.is the type of person we as contractors or the general public experience on occasion.Regardless of how unpleasant, difficult or confused someone may be this is the opportunity to accept the challenge and strive for perfection.My only goal as a contractor is that when I leave a job that client is 100% happy with the final outcome and has no questions or concerns.This job was completed just that way like all the rest. I always encourage everyone to compare and investigate pricing.I also explain usually most of the time you get what you pay for.

There is not enough that I can say about Roger. He completed the job professionally and respectfully. I am very pleased with the job. He made suggestions that turned out to be just right for the bathroom. Even when I changed my mind regarding a decision, he handled it professionally and granted my wishes. Roger has a pleasing personality and is easy to trust. I plan to use Midwest Renovations again in the future.

Roger contacted me via phone within 2 hours of me submitting my project to replace a garbage disposal. He was able to schedule my project for that week. His estimate of the cost and time it would take was spot on with the finished installation. Everything about the experience was professional and easy. I would definitely consider using Roger for future home improvement projects.

Our remodeled bathroom turned out absolutely beautiful! Roger designed the room and completed the entire remodel himself. The vanity and the new shower look like a room in a 5 star hotel. My husband and I were so impressed we hired Midwest Revnovations to remodel our other bathrooms. We were so pleased with the finished project we have recommended Midwest Renovations to neighbors and family.
