Although John didn't have the right springs with him ( my door is an 8 footer and requires heavier duty ones to be fabricated) he called his connections on the spot and is coming back on Friday to replace temporary ones so we have a functioning door. To my knowledge he is only charging me the up ticket in the cost of the newly fabricated springs. Although not complete, John is very professional and knowledgable.

John called immediately upon my completing the service request online. We discussed the problem and based on the discussion, he quoted me an estimate. He arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, fixed the problem (which was exactly what he suspected), finished the job within 45 minutes, and his bill was an exact match to the estimate quoted. Great service, great work--thanks, John!!
