Estimate was given within 12 hours. I received call to verify time and he arrived precisely on time. Installation was done next day and area was left cleaner than when it was prior to their work. Follow up was just as prompt.

Project: Repair a Natural Gas, Propane or Electric Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
Don did a great job installing an operator control for my baseboard heaters. I also asked him for two sets of end caps for my covers, which he said was no problem. On the day of service, he brought the wrong end caps. I got charged $36 for the two sets and was told that he would get the right end caps and drop them off within the next couple of weeks. Never received the caps, and only after working with Servicemagic, I finally got my $36 for the end caps after 5 months. Because of this, I would not recommend Don and Midwest Climate Control. Very poor customer service. Thank you Servicemagic for having Midwest Climate Control pay me the $36.

Project: Install or Replace a Central Humidifier
Installed humidifer with only minor issues, but two months later had water leaking into furnace. Called 24 hr emergency phone # they gave me - called twice and never got any response. On third call, finally got thru and made appt. However, 15 minutes before he was supposed to show up, called to say he couldn't make it because he had to take his wife out for her birthday. I insisted he send someone else - person showed up, but with no tools. He turned the unit back on to see if was still leaking and was supposed to call the next day, but never did. Got someone else to fix the problem. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.

Donnie came in gave a fair and honest estimate, then delivered on time and on budget. My house is warm enough to walk around without clothes now. I'd recommend Donnie anytime.
