I was impressed that the man who came to give me an estimate was also the one that did the installation. Work was done immediately after providing the estimate. It's really nice when you can get it done all at one time.

I called to get my ac serviced and they immediately started trying to replace my ac system. After we got on the same page their prices were so high I decided to not have my system repaired. Their prices, labor, and service were the highest I have ever seen and they blamed it on overhead and they were a big company. When I initially called them they said there customer service ratings were the best in the industry. I also had them fix my sprinkler electrical box and the labor for an hours worth of worth was quoted $180. I questioned the labor charge and the manager claimed we don't have hourly charges only job charges.
