Projet was not done corect the first time but when they were notify about the problem they soon send someone to correct what was done wrong.

Tom and Brian were wonderful to work with. They were honest about the best model for my home's design and radiator system when the local utility only tried to sell me the more expensive model. Plus, the warranty Midland gave me was twice as long and covered more. They were prompt and even worked with me on financing to ensure my kids and I had our new boiler before winter. I highly recommend this company. They were fabulous to work with!

Everyone at Midland was helpful and courteous, from Chelsea and Lisa on the phones to Matt the technician. Midland was able to take my short-notice call and have a tech on site within a few hours. Matt was knowledgeable and fast in repairing our ancient boiler to restore our heat on a cold day.

Our boiler heats 19 units plus common areas of our building. The gentleman who came out advised me that they work on smaller boilers. So, he referred me to someone else who referred me to someone else, and our needs were met. The rep from Midland was very helpful, business-like, and experienced!

They called me right away and were very flexible on setting up the visit for the estimate. I was on a very tight schedule to get my project finished. They were very helpful and adjusted their schedule to fit me in a week earlier then their schedule would allow. They were on time, polite, and hard working. I was impressed with their customer sevice.
