Midland Heating & Air Conditioning has existed in the same location since 1950. Since our inception we have been installing heating and cooling systems in new and existing homes, and small commercial buildings in Richfield and surrounding communities. Our philosophy is to MEET OR EXCEED OUR CUSTOMER'S EXPECTATIONS. We take all they time that is needed with our customers to design a heating or cooling system that is right for their home or building. We offer the best service at reasonable prices. We pride ourselves on giving our customers peace of mind, knowing they have a system that will give them the comfort, reliability, and economy they want. At Midland Heating and Air Conditioning, we are pleased to be able to offer tip quality equipment and products from Lennox, Aprilairer, Honeywell, Unico, equipment suppliers. Our services include: residential replacement, humidifier/filters, remodel upgrades, venting/ductwork, flu replacements, certifications, gas fireplaces, garage heaters, ductless air conditioning, service agreements, stock replacement parts and filters. Midland Serviceman are trained and certified in accordance with all state and municipal requirements. Journeymen qualification requires 2 years preservice training, 4 years internship and certification by examination in each field of expertise. Midland servicemen attend continuous factory and company training seminars.

A fair cost estimate was provided in writing with three proposals for equipment with best, better, and good ratings. I accepted the proposal for the best equipment consisting of a furnace, air conditioner, and programmable thermostat. The installers came to our house on time, were polite, showed concern about my home, and completed the work with excellent workmanship. They explained the operation of the new equipment, hauled away the old equipment, and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the installation.
