They asked for the money as the job was "being completed" and then left with part of the job incomplete. Despite a call and assurances that it would be taken care of, it wasn't! We would not hire them again... although the part they did was done well.

Had to come back 3 time to fix the leak. Left over 30 framing nails sticking out of the roof that had been put in by H.U.D to hold the tarp. Never cleaned off the loose nails left on the roof. I climbed up on the roof and collected them. Not good.

They were early for our scheduled appointment, and although they didn't have the necessary equipment at that time, they did come back first thing the next morning. They also found an area where some shingles had blown off and fixed that while they were working on my siding.

Project: Repair or Partially Replace Vinyl Siding

Met with owner to discuss needed work. Gave pictures from home inspections. Agreed to the do work for the next day. Call stating the work was complete, which included roof flashing installation and rotten wood replacement under siding. the wood was replaced correctly, however, the flashing was not installed corerctly and the siding had been cut into. This did not pass re-inspection and I had to hire antoerh construction company to fix the problem and install the flashing.

The individual that came out was very professional and clean up after the work was done. Sense we haven't had a rain storm yet I can't tell if the problem has been corrected. I will let you know when we finally get a downpour. JC
