Project: Brick or Stone Tuck-Pointing
Matthew was quick to respond to request and first to come out and provide free estimate on repairing 60+ year old 8' wide chimney. He was the only contractor who recommended grinding out all mortar joints and tuckpointing all with new mortar. He thought it would be best to remove top 3 rows of brick and replace with two rows of new matching brick and a 5" concrete crown with 1" drip edge. Also replaced about 4 damaged brick then sealed all with product that blocks moisture from entering brick but allows moisture to escape. Provided 8 year warranty on work and sealant. Very professional crew who were polite & finished in 2 days as quoted. A+!
