Mid-State was wonderful, from giving me an estimate to completely installing Central Air in less than 2 weeks. Their price was lower than everyone else, and they included an attic fan...all the other estimates wanted additional money for a fan. Tom, the salesman, came in a company truck, and seemed like he actually understood what was involved in installing the system. Other companies sent salespeople who obviously had never climbed in an attic-one even came in a Cadillac Escalade..His estimate was $10,000 more for the same thing, I wasn't going to pay for his Cadillac! The installers were great, & everything was so clean when they left!

We had several problems with the installation, some were directly related to the contractor some to the equipment. Within a week of installation we had three service visits to correct problems that were missed during set-up or missed by the next service tech. They should inform you of changes that need to be made before they make them and it would be nice to be called back when they say they would. Also it would be nice if they cleaned up , first day my wife had to pick up all the coffee cups and sweep up pvc shavings that were left outside. Also had to take all the garbage they left in the basement after the initial installation.

I understand that there was an issue with the indirect fired water maker, unfortunately this was an issue that came from the factory and not by Mid-State. This was such a concealed defect, it was very difficult to rectify. We did however rectify the situation and we spoke to you the other day confirming that everything was working properly. However, the issues of leaving debris and garbage behind is not acceptable by our standards. We are extending a 2 Year Maintenance agreement to you on the new system due to the issues left behind. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the feedback.

MID-STATE HEATING and COOLING came to my rescue immediately after I had a bad experience with TINO’S HEATING AND COOLING located in Robbinsville, New Jersey. Mr. Rich Swendsen of Mid-State spent his entire morning with my husband and me giving us the best possible solution on my project. Basically, he was doing a complete makeover of our Heating and A/c system for our residence. Mid-State’s attention to detail in the planning, execution and follow-up is commendable. Their staff, Jimmy Dibarba (a PRO and a very respectful, attentive and knowledgeable employee of Mid-State) is a PERFECTIONIST.

Contractor was priced fairly. Work was meticulous. Installer did an amazing, neat professional installation. It took twice as long to install as expected. The guy was so careful and accurate, it took longer. They did everything they promised and delivered on time. Would certainly recommend this company to anyone

He returned my call and set up the appt , got the estimate and installation was done quickly. My friend who lives there made a small request about a pipe and I believe due to location they were not interested as it was too small a job. We both would have appreciated the same communication we had enjoyed in setting up initial job, and even to say they would not be interested. A few things did not pass and they came out immediately and corrected any problems.

Very good pricing and highly knowledgeable people! Ask them about the whole house BPI program where the state pays 50% (up to $10K) of the cost, a 0% intrest loan (up to $10K) covers the rest and $1K seal up is paid for by the state!
