The installer followed a pre-determined method by removing the old windows, cleaning the openings, then setting the pre-assembled blocks into the openings and shimming them. Finally, he filled the gaps with a mix of mortar and sand and then shaped it for a professional look. The only negative.....A couple of the block units were not leveled before being cemented in place.
