Project: Remodel a Bathroom
We hired Doug to convert laundry room into a bathroom. A couple of weeks after job was done, brand-new wall in the just-remodeled bathroom started bubbling up. New plumbing behind it, just installed by Doug, started leaking. I called Doug - guess I was lucky I didn't leave a specific reason for my call ( he never answers the phone right away ). He came over, opened the wall, found and fixed the leak. Promised to come back to fix the wall soon. After that he disappeared. Didn't return our multiple calls/emails. Doug came back after a call from Servie Magic, apologized and did finish the work.

Doug did for us four full bathrooms. They all came out beautifully. Doug showed deep knowledge of the trade & high skills. He and his crew always where on time and always professional. They worked fast and finished job on time. Doug was always ready to answer and resolve any concern we had. We would like him to come back and do more work for us.

They were very professional about the whole project, the ideas were very good and they followed through on every deliverable on time and within budget. I highly recommend McClain Contracting to anyone who wants quality work done without any headaches.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Doug came out twice to my home, followed up quickly with an estimate and worked with me to divide the job into two. He adjusted his availablility to the quirks of fixtures being backordered. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently, allowing me to have a working bathroom within a weeks time. The job is 95% completed, waiting for the last fixture to arrive. I will use him again in the Spring for my powder room and we are discussing replacement windows also. Came back late spring and the powder room is finished and beautiful!

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Very prompt-- was here at the house when he said he would be, and stayed even longer than planned to complete a part of the work each day. Very courteous and professional. Cleaned up each day. Even returned an extra day to touch up thin paint drying. Made good suggestions, and was not trying to sell me something I didn't need or want. Very pleased.

It was a pleasure working with McClain Contractors. They were consistently professional in every way. They gave more than 100very day and were always considerate of our requests. McClain's design concepts gave both my bathrooms the unique styling and pop I wanted but did not know how to achieve. The project started on time and was completed before Christmas as promised.

I would recommends Doug and his crews to do any job. He has done more work for me and is extremely professional. If you have a house I recommend you hire him!
