We were pleased with all aspects of our carpet cleaning job. They asked questions re specific needs, were prompt, polite, & thorough.

Michael explains very well the process and gives a breakdown of the materials he will use. Very professional and clean job!

Initally it took awhile for Michael's to get back to me , but he was extremely busy. Once we arranged a time, they were there right on schedule and did a very nice job.

wasnt there, did not meet him, but after i seen the floor it was wow thats nice. didnt even worry about paying when finished , just simply left invoice. i have 2 more floors to do and only have to make one phone call. a top notch contractor.. we need more people like him in car repair.... if you understand what i mean...

They did a poor job. Put finish right over dirt and debris. They gave me a good price but bad product and service.

We did exactly what we said we were going to do. We did not bid to refinish the floors but merely lightly sand and apply a coat of urethane to make the floors look better while putting you home on the market. We explained that plainly. Plus your wife said the floors looked good after we were finished. I gave you a gallon of stain so you could spruce up your other areas. Plus I offered to go ahead and sand your floors to get the look you wanted for an additional fee and you refused. What else could I do?
