Did a decent job for the price. Grass was uneven in spots and cut a little closer than I wanted, but for the price it was good. Contractor arrived 1 day after he said he would do the job.

Project: Install Sod
Jeff came out to the house for the estimate and was very professional. Great guy! He came in with the lowest estimate and did a fantastic job, I believe the entire lawn was done in 6 hours. Thinking about having him come back out and put in our patio in the Spring. I have already recommended him to several of our neighbors and friends!! A pleasure to work with him!

Project: Landscape Yard or Gardens
Jeff was very pleasant and did not mind that our weeding/trimming and mulching job was pretty small. He does the job quickly and is reliable as to when he says he will show up. Also the pricing seems fair. We will definitely have Michaelis, Inc. continue to do our spring and fall cleanup/mulching. We have his company mow and they are neat and professional.

Although Jeff was very responsive, the company did not provide the quality of lawn care I require. The lawn was cut very unevenly, at times close to dirt, spots were missed entirely, grass clippings were left on the lawn, edging/trimming was not always done. The company mulched my beds, the trees were not properly mulched and they covered two landscaping lights, which I discovered weeks later and the casing to the lights melted from the heat ruining the lights. As previously stated, Jeff was responsive and did offer to not charge for one of the cuts after he reviewed the quality of the job.
