Phone calls unanswered, faxes with no response and consistently incorrect invoicing. I only placed calls after the expected delivery date had run over by ten days and even then, placing a call every other day made absolutely no impact. <br /> <br />Understandably, they might be busy or working on larger orders, but attention to detail and customer service was largely missing. Was professional, provided great advice in helping me with selection of draperies for an unusual project.  (20 Ft. Drop).  There was only one minor issue that was quickly corrected - I had requested 3 separate panes of shears, 2 on the sides of the windows and 1 in the middle with the intent to close in the middle of each set of windows (think "closing like French doors").  When the installer came they only had 2 panes, 1 for each end of the 2 sets of windows.   I had to ask them to go back and correct.  They apologized and did so promptly (2 weeks wait).    See All Ratings
