The work was wrong,I had to hire another plumber and pay again to fix my faucet.Did not stood behind his work,did not show up to fix the problem whan I called him back.I hope he will refund my money.

She hired someone else without telling us she needed us to come back. Also, we asked her for the receipt for the other plumber to see about reimbursement and she never sent us the receipt as she said she would.

First plumbing company I used did not complete the job to our satisfaction, so I called Michael Penta Plumbing. Michael and his staff assessed the problem and explained the details to my daughter. It was a huge job to replace part of the underground sewer line and 25ft. of sewer pipe under the house and concrete driveway. They even had to pour new concrete after the repairs were done. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work, timeliness, professionalism, and price. I would highly recommend Michael Penta Plumbing to all my relatives, friends, and neighbors. I will definitely be using his services again.

This company does not assess the work that needs to be done before starting. This company does not insure for work completed to satisfactory. This company uses day workers, and could care less about the quality of work being done under their company name. It appears that this company used a dayworker without having Workers Comp insurance or a plumbing license. My tenants with small babies were left without hotwater and leaks that were not repaired because plumber only works with specific water heater brand. Plumber up sold me on 2 water pressure gauges when only one was needed Work was completed by another plumbing company.

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
If a plumbing problem can be pleasant - this one turned out to be. I called Michael Penta Plumbing for a slow draining shower and ended up replacing my water heater. By chance - I had Mike (M.Penta nephew) look at my water heater (it's difficult to get to) for a replacement estimate and it was leaking and about to "blow" with bulging seams. He came out the next morning which was a Saturday and replaced it at a very fair price - and didn't charge for the original shower call. He was polite, clean, on time, local, efficient, laid down plastic and wore booties over his shoes and spoke English. I will definately call him again.
