Very nice, professional experience. He tried working with us with just the development survey to give us the best price. He still had to go to clerk's office and obtain one but still gave us a very good price. He completed the work first then sent the bill. Having had a ton of bad luck with contractors with the remodeling of my home he was a breath of fresh air. VERY honest, dependable, and professional A+++!

At initial call, Michael Patrick McMurray identified in details what his services involved. I was impressed when he had described my property (he did his homework before calling me). Survey has already been executed, will receive documents in matter of days, multiple clearly identified stakes posted all around the property (instead of the ordinary corner stakes). 3 persons performed the service without rushing. Owner took the time to fully understand my fencing design in which made me realize I had to change my plans that will save me money and expect to satisfy homeowner association requirements. Very pleased with his service.

Michael did a great job. His work was Professional and efficient . Michael was not the first one to contact me, but when my first contact failed to show up to do the work Mike was able to fit me into his schedule and get the job down. As it turned out, McMurray Land Surveying should have been my first choice. Everything worked out for the best. I would recommend McMurray Land Surveying to anyone.
