Hard to evaluate the earthquake work without an earthquake to test it! His guys took off our sliding closet doors to make space to get under the house. They didn't replace them right; we told Mike; and nobody came back to correct it.

Michael exceeded expectations in this project. It was completed ahead of schedule even though additional work was added during the project. workmanship was excellent. Overall, expectations were exceeded, we are very pleased. Thank you Michael.

Mr. McKinzie was very professorial and completed all work in a timely manner. The products used were to all standards and came out looking better than was anticipated. There was a point that he had to do some design work on the bench, and it came out very nice. We are very happy with our new deck. Dave Hakkinen

Project: Earthquake-Proof a Structure
Mike responded quickly to our inquiry, described the work we needed, gave us a written estimate with details on the materials he would use and what the schedule for payment would be. We asked that he do the work for us, and he was able to schedule the job for the next week. He had estimated it would take four days, but it only took three. The two workers who did the job were there each morning before the scheduled time of 8 am and worked until the sun set to get it done. I was very pleased.

Michael called within a day, very happy with the quick call. Set up a time for him to come out and bid on replacing our backyard fence. Felt that his bid was very reasonable. Michael and his team came out and on time to replace our fence. Work was efficient and they cleaned up afterwards. Our neighbors were pleased as well. I recommend Michael and will contact him again for future projects.
