He was able to schedule the request quickly. That's another "plus".  The technician called and was on time for the appointment. On the "minus" side the technician did not clean the carpet right the first time and I had to call Mr. Loveday to get the job done right.  Keep in mine that the company will not tell you that they will be using your water and electricity, so always ask.  He did call after the appointment to ask if I was satisfied with the results.
