Michael Smith was responsive to my initial request for a quote. His price was reasonable and his work is exemplary - he pays attention to detail. He was friendly and explained his work in detail. Michael performed the work on schedule and cleaned up very well when complete. I will call him for any future work.

Professional, neat, reliable and very fair hourly rate - how much better can it get? It was a pleasure working with Michael. He installed a new toilet and replaced a stockade fence; perfect job.
